You can spend months tweaking and optimising your system so that it meets your personal requirements. At work, there is little you can do to enhance your working experience, as you’re more often than not unable to download visual styling software or other tool, to personalise your work PC. Apart from adding your own wallpaper and changing a few colours, you’re rather held back.
However, you can individual some of the applications you use on a daily basis. If your system has Firefox installed, you might have already realised there are myriads of add-ons that will enable you to get more from your browser.
Recently Mozilla have started to develop their own add-ons and, as they are developed in-house, they work in the latest Firefox 3.
Mozilla Personas for Firefox is an add-on that enables you to change the visual aspect of your web browser interface. You can quickly choose from a selection of pre-designed templates and colours, including the most popular themes. Don’t get too excited though, the themes are more cheesy than spectacular.
Mozilla Personas for Firefox will work across Windows, Mac or Linux, so you could use the same theme across any operating system.
